Despite what is circulating in the news and media, your GP surgery is open and we are, as we have always been throughout the pandemic, still seeing patients.
In order to ensure and maximise both patient and staff safety, all appointments must be triaged by a nurse or doctor in the first instance.
By providing as much information as possible at the initial triage stage, will allow us to ensure you are seen efficiently by the most appropriate clinician.
This can be done through Econsult on our website or if you do not have internet access we offer a nurse call back triage daily also.
Patient care is and has always been our top priority.
