If you are Covid positive or have been advised to isolate due to Covid contact it is HIGHLY IMPORTANT that you do not leave your house.
Please DO NOT attend the chemist to collect your prescriptions.
In this instance we ask people to phone the shielding team number which is 01387 260600.
They can ask to request a prescription collection, however, this must be ready at the time when the person is requesting the prescription to be collected.
The shielding team will then process a form which is sent to the community hub and then the prescription collection is organised by the communities team and picked up by our volunteers to deliver.
