Covid-19 Medical Centre Service Levels. In response to the rapidly increasing rate of infection with Covid-19 in the Region, all primary care teams have been instructed to operate at Level 2 in delivery of their services. This means that we need to minimise the number of people coming to the surgery, to keep risk of infection as low as possible.
Please be assured that we are as committed as ever to providing you with a high quality medical service. It is important that you do not delay in seeking medical help for a condition, even if it is with the best of intentions to relieve pressure on our medical teams at this time. We remain open, not just for urgent or Covid-19 related issues, but for the usual medical issues and concerns you may have.
Whilst we will maintain as normal a service as possible, some routine procedures may be postponed at the present time. In addition there will be an increased use of telephone consultations. Please consider using eConsult if possible.
