Access for BSL Users

The Relay UK service provides a centralised relay service for people who are deaf and without speech. This can be accessed by the app or by text phone. contactSCOTLAND –BSL be accessed by people who are deafblind and/or use British Sign Language (BSL). NHS inform have an excellent relationship with contactSCOTLAND-BSL staff and they work together to raise awareness of NHS 24 services, including the coronavirus helpline which can give advice if you do not have symptoms, but are looking for general advice: 0800 028 2816.
