Accessing the service

The aim of the podiatry service is to provide high quality treatment and advice to help patients maintain their independence and mobility. We aim to reduce the risk of ulceration, infection and amputation in those at high risk of developing foot problems due to medical complexities, such as vascular (circulation-related) complexities and diabetes.

You can refer yourself directly (between 10:00 am – 3:30 pm) by phoning the Podiatry department on 01387 220 031.
You may also be referred by any healthcare professional involved in your care, such as your GP, Nurse or Consultant.

PLEASE NOTE: you must be over 18 years of age to self-refer.
